Key Responsibilities

• Develop and refine marketing measurement frameworks and attribution models
• Create and maintain marketing dashboards for actionable reporting on key metrics
• Lead modeling and forecasting initiatives to optimize marketing strategies and resource allocation

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field (e.g. computer science, mathematics, statistics)
• 5+ years of experience in a data scientist or related role
• Proficient in SQL and at least one programming language such as Python or R
• Strong understanding of ads platforms and incrementality testing
• Experience with AI tools for marketing analytics and optimization
