Job Summary
Focused on performance-driven creative production, the full-time Senior Performance Marketing Designer will design and optimize high-performing campaign assets for digital channels, collaborating with various teams to enhance demand generation and PPC campaigns while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Design and iterate campaign assets across paid social, LinkedIn, display, email, and demand generation channels
- Analyze campaign performance to improve visual clarity, messaging hierarchy, and conversion potential
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable production-ready assets while maintaining brand consistency
Required qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in performance marketing, digital campaign, or growth-focused design
- Strong portfolio showcasing PPC campaigns and conversion-focused creatives
- Advanced proficiency in Figma and experience with Adobe Creative Suite
- Understanding of PPC workflows, A/B testing, and campaign optimization
- Ability to work in fast-paced environments with multiple stakeholders and shifting priorities
