Key Responsibilities

• Design and operate the full-funnel growth and lifecycle architecture
• Own the AI Networking Coach experience, directing its evolution and monetization
• Establish a framework for experimentation and data-backed iteration across marketing efforts

Required Qualifications

• 8-15 years of experience in growth, lifecycle, product marketing, or revenue marketing
• Track record in high-growth SaaS or marketplace environments
• Experience in building and owning a growth system
• Proficiency in AI design with LLMs, agents, and intelligent workflows
• Preferred experience in founder, early-stage, or zero-to-one environments
