Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Strategic Marketing Director (Commercial Real Estate).

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee marketing strategy and performance across multiple markets
• Extend and operationalize the national marketing platform and ensure consistent adoption of tools and workflows
• Lead adoption and integration of AI and workflow automation across assigned markets

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field; a master's degree is a plus
• 12-15+ years of marketing experience, preferably within commercial real estate or a related industry
• Demonstrated experience leading marketing across multiple markets, regions, or business units
• Strong knowledge of marketing principles, strategies, and tactics, with a focus on digital marketing and lead generation
• Proficiency in CRM systems, marketing automation platforms, and digital marketing tools
