Job Summary

Seeking an experienced and strategic marketing leader, the full-time Senior Marketing Director will drive the overall marketing vision and execution remotely, focusing on integrated marketing strategies, go-to-market activities, and cross-functional collaboration within the pharmaceutical and biotechnology sectors.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and lead go-to-market strategies for product and service portfolios, partnering with Business Development for market penetration
• Develop and execute the company's overall marketing strategy aligned with business objectives, establishing priorities, budgets, and performance metrics
• Oversee digital marketing initiatives and the company's web presence, ensuring effective lead generation and brand visibility

Required Qualifications

• Master's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Life Sciences, Communications, or a related field
• Significant experience in senior marketing leadership roles within pharma/CDMO
• Proven success in developing integrated marketing and go-to-market strategies
• Broad marketing expertise across branding, communications, and digital marketing
• Experience in life sciences, biotechnology, healthcare, diagnostics, or a related industry is highly desirable
