Job Summary
Leading the development of integrated marketing strategies, the full-time Senior Marketing Director will shape engagement initiatives for alumni and donor communities while working remotely from anywhere in the United States.
Key responsibilities
- Lead the strategy, planning, execution, and evaluation of multi-channel marketing and communications campaigns that support fundraising and engagement goals
- Collaborate with senior leaders and stakeholders to develop integrated marketing strategies aligned with divisional objectives
- Define key performance indicators and analyze campaign performance to drive engagement and philanthropic outcomes
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree and 7 to 10 years of relevant experience in advancement, marketing, communications, or a related field
- Demonstrated success in leading multi-channel marketing or fundraising campaigns in complex organizations
- Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills, with experience using data to inform decisions
- Proven ability to lead and develop high-performing teams within a matrixed environment
- Experience collaborating with senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams to achieve organizational goals
