Job Summary

Leading the marketing team, the full-time remote Senior Marketing Director will drive the strategy and systems that support growth, oversee brand and product marketing, and enhance payer relationships while ensuring measurable business impact.

Key responsibilities
  • Develop and execute the marketing strategy and organizational structure to support enterprise growth objectives
  • Partner with leadership to design marketing strategies that accelerate integration within major health plans and translate complex clinical data into compelling narratives
  • Oversee product positioning, launches, and commercialization strategies while fostering a culture of data-informed decision-making
Required qualifications
  • 7+ years of marketing leadership experience in the healthcare sector, preferably with a focus on B2B2C or B2B healthcare marketing targeting health plans
  • Deep understanding of value-based care models and the behavioral health landscape
  • Proven ability to translate complex clinical concepts into high-impact marketing collateral
  • Extensive experience in developing integrated marketing strategies that drive business growth across diverse audiences
  • Demonstrated success in building and leading high-performing marketing organizations through rapid growth and change
