Senior Marketing Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Marketing Engineer to build systems that drive growth at the intersection of marketing and engineering.

Key Responsibilities

• Own and improve marketing engineering systems that drive acquisition, conversion, and retention
• Partner with marketing to identify high-leverage opportunities and translate them into scalable technical solutions
• Design and perform rapid experiments, using results to guide future iteration

Required Qualifications

• Strong proficiency in JavaScript and experience with full-stack web development (e.g., Ruby, ColdFusion, Python)
• Proven experience building and enhancing growth-focused web systems, including landing pages and SEO
• Experience performing A/B tests or growth experiments and using data to drive outcomes
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field or equivalent work experience
• Experience building with LLMs and applying AI to marketing use cases
