Senior Marketing Engineer

Job Summary

To architect the technical foundation of a modern, AI-powered marketing organization, the full-time Senior Staff Marketing Engineer will design and build systems, workflows, and automation infrastructure while collaborating with cross-functional teams in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Architect and deploy agentic workflows that automate high-volume marketing operations
• Build intelligent solutions within existing marketing platforms by integrating AI capabilities
• Partner with marketing leadership to develop a technical roadmap aligned with business priorities

Required qualifications

• 10+ years of software engineering experience with a focus on backend systems and data infrastructure
• Demonstrated experience in designing and deploying agentic AI systems in a production environment
• Strong command of modern AI tooling and ability to integrate new technologies quickly
• Familiarity with marketing technology ecosystems, including CRM and ecommerce systems
• Experience working cross-functionally and leading through influence without direct authority
