Job Summary

Seeking a highly technical and strategic Senior Marketing Manager for Performance & Channel Marketing, who will work full-time in a hybrid environment, managing B2C marketing channels and overseeing paid media strategies across various platforms while collaborating closely with internal teams and external agencies.

Key responsibilities
  • Own and scale paid media strategy, managing campaigns across platforms like Meta, TikTok, and Google
  • Define channel mix, budget allocation, and audience targeting for acquisition programs
  • Optimize full-funnel marketing campaigns and drive growth through rigorous A/B testing and experimentation
Required qualifications
  • 7+ years of experience in B2C performance or growth marketing, with hands-on ownership of paid social or search
  • Proven track record of building acquisition programs from scratch, managing budgets of $2M-$5M
  • Deep knowledge of advertising platforms such as Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads
  • Fluency in performance data and attribution models, with strong analytical skills
  • Exceptional communication skills, capable of translating technical complexities for C-level leaders
