Job Summary

Owning the demand generation strategy, the full-time Senior Marketing Manager will drive qualified pipeline through paid channels, lifecycle marketing, and content strategy while managing HubSpot and ensuring pipeline reliability in a remote work environment.

Key responsibilities
  • Define and execute demand generation strategy across paid channels and LinkedIn ABM programs
  • Manage HubSpot as the system of record, architecting lifecycle stages and nurturing sequences
  • Develop and implement a product-led content strategy that enhances organic pipeline growth
Required qualifications
  • 3 to 7 years of experience in B2B SaaS demand generation or growth marketing
  • Deep expertise in HubSpot, including workflows, lifecycle stages, and reporting
  • Strong understanding of paid demand generation, particularly on LinkedIn and account-based programs
  • Experience in building systems and mapping manual processes for automation
  • Proficiency with Webflow or similar CMS for website management and content publishing
