Job Summary
Owning the demand generation strategy, the full-time Senior Marketing Manager will drive qualified pipeline through paid channels, lifecycle marketing, and content strategy while managing HubSpot and ensuring pipeline reliability in a remote work environment.
Key responsibilities
- Define and execute demand generation strategy across paid channels and LinkedIn ABM programs
- Manage HubSpot as the system of record, architecting lifecycle stages and nurturing sequences
- Develop and implement a product-led content strategy that enhances organic pipeline growth
Required qualifications
- 3 to 7 years of experience in B2B SaaS demand generation or growth marketing
- Deep expertise in HubSpot, including workflows, lifecycle stages, and reporting
- Strong understanding of paid demand generation, particularly on LinkedIn and account-based programs
- Experience in building systems and mapping manual processes for automation
- Proficiency with Webflow or similar CMS for website management and content publishing
