Job Summary
A company is looking for a Senior Marketing Manager who will develop and execute go-to-market plans, define positioning and messaging, and drive audience behavior change.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute marketing plans to drive adoption and expansion of offerings among biopharma partners, payors, and enterprise accounts
- Define positioning, messaging, and value proposition in partnership with cross-functional colleagues
- Know and understand target audiences and develop marketing plans to support behavior changes within each audience
Qualifications:
- 8-10 years of marketing experience
- Prior experience in a marketing role in a high-performance organization
- Ability to distill complex clinical information and translate it to relevant audiences
- Comfortable making decisions with some level of ambiguity
- Ability to influence and build relationships across different functions
