Senior Marketing Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Marketing Manager for a remote full-time position.

Key Responsibilities:

• Spearhead all Brand, Guest, and Owner marketing efforts across the enterprise
• Manage the marketing budget and ensure campaigns and initiatives are within budget and meeting KPIs
• Collaborate with key stakeholders in revenue, business intelligence, technology, sales, franchisee support, franchise development, and executive leadership

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, computer science, business analysis, or equivalent practical experience
• At least three (3) years of experience in Marketing strategy, digital marketing, website management, and general marketing in the hospitality industry
• People management experience
• Ability to work in a high-pace environment and apply agile methodologies
• Exceptional attention to detail, combined with the ability to prioritize and multitask
