Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Manager, Marketing to lead growth and retention strategies across two business units: Marine and RV & Camping.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute marketing strategies for customer acquisition and retention
• Lead and mentor a team of marketers focused on demand generation
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with strategic goals

Required Qualifications

• 7-10 years of experience in B2B SaaS marketing
• Experience leading and scaling marketing teams across multiple verticals
• Expertise in marketing automation (HubSpot required) and CRM (Salesforce required)
• Strong knowledge of digital demand generation and lifecycle marketing
• Must reside in the Pacific Time Zone (PT) or be willing to work PT hours
