Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sr. Marketing Manager to own customer acquisition and demand generation across a multi-location franchise model.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute multi-touch, multi-channel campaigns to drive high-quality leads, demos, and conversions
• Leverage AI tools and marketing automation to streamline workflows and enhance productivity
• Own the entire lead generation funnel from acquisition to conversion and sales handoff

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in SaaS growth marketing, demand generation, or performance marketing
• Proven track record of driving measurable business growth through data-driven strategies
• Experience launching and scaling multi-channel campaigns
• Deep knowledge of marketing automation and CRM tools, with HubSpot experience preferred
• A 10x output mindset with a focus on fast results
