Required Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in affiliate marketing or partnership-driven growth, preferably in fintech
• Demonstrated people management experience with a focus on developing high-performing teams
• Proven ownership of a revenue-driving affiliate or partnership channel
• Experience managing major affiliate partners such as Credit Karma or NerdWallet
• Advanced analytical skills and experience with affiliate tracking and optimization tools
