Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Manager, Marketing.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage relationships with local health plan marketing teams to procure Medicaid managed care contracts
• Execute annual marketing plans to enhance member acquisition and retention
• Identify and implement marketing capabilities and processes to support local Health Plan efforts

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, Business Administration, or related field required
• Master's degree preferred
• 6+ years of experience in marketing or communications within the healthcare industry required
• Experience in organization and talent management required
• Proven ability to derive insights from regional markets to inform marketing strategy
