Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Marketing Manager - Own Brand Lighting.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead marketing strategy, planning, and execution for the Own Brand Lighting portfolio
• Set campaign direction and manage end-to-end execution across various marketing channels
• Develop annual and seasonal marketing plans, including objectives, strategies, and success metrics

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
• 15+ years of marketing experience with a proven track record of success
• Experience in lighting and/or agency experience around home products
• Strong experience in planning and delivering cross-channel marketing campaigns
• Experience leading people and teams
