Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Marketing Manager to lead lifecycle and customer experience marketing.

Key Responsibilities
  • Own lifecycle campaigns for onboarding, adoption, engagement, retention, and expansion of EZLynx Rater and AMS
  • Partner with onboarding to accelerate time-to-value and ensure successful product adoption
  • Build nurture, education, and engagement programs to increase usage and reduce churn
Required Qualifications
  • 5+ years in B2B SaaS lifecycle, customer, or retention marketing; SMB and/or InsurTech experience preferred
  • Proven ability to build and execute lifecycle programs that drive retention, engagement, and expansion
  • Strong customer journey mapping skills with targeted campaigns across all lifecycle stages
  • Hands-on experience with marketing automation platforms and CRM systems
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, technology, or related field
