Key Responsibilities

• Drive growth for Business Outfitters and School Uniforms through multi-channel marketing strategies
• Develop targeted contact strategies to maximize retention, reactivation, and new account acquisition
• Provide tactical and strategic marketing support to sales teams and manage event-marketing initiatives

Required Qualifications

• 7-10 years of experience in B2B and/or omnichannel marketing
• Proven ability to execute integrated marketing strategies that yield measurable results
• Strong expertise in demand generation, content marketing, and digital marketing
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or equivalent experience; advanced degree preferred
• Proficiency with marketing technology and digital platforms, including CRM systems and analytics tools
