Required Qualifications

• 5-8 years of marketing experience, with at least 3 years in a crypto, DeFi, or Web3 company
• Proven track record of scaling multi-channel campaigns with measurable growth impact
• Deep familiarity with the crypto ecosystem and on-chain analytics tools
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, remote-first environment with high autonomy
• Experience in marketing analytics and attribution modeling for mobile apps
