Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Marketing Manager, Therapy Awareness & Field Marketing.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the development and execution of therapy awareness programs targeting clinical audiences
• Design and execute scalable field marketing programs that support sales objectives
• Define success metrics and KPIs for programs, analyzing performance data for optimization

Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor's degree required; MBA or advanced degree preferred
• 7+ years of marketing experience in medical devices, pharmaceuticals, or healthcare technology
• Proven experience leading therapy or disease-state awareness initiatives
• Strong background in field marketing and sales enablement
• Experience supporting product launches and growth stage commercialization
