Job Summary

Senior Marketing Manager, responsible for leading high-impact integrated marketing campaigns to drive awareness and sales in retail and DTC environments, working full-time in a remote capacity.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the strategy and execution of integrated marketing campaigns to enhance DTC sales and retail velocity
  • Produce engaging content for social media channels and manage community interactions
  • Analyze campaign performance and retail sales data to inform marketing strategies and improve ROI
Required Qualifications
  • 6-8+ years of marketing experience, particularly with emerging CPG brands
  • Proven success in leading campaigns that drive measurable brand and retail impact
  • Experience with retail media networks and shopper marketing strategies
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights
  • Familiarity with natural, organic, or plant-based food and beverage categories
