Job Summary

Driving brand growth and optimizing lifecycle value, the full-time remote Senior Marketing Manager will lead strategic marketing initiatives and experimentation efforts within the newly formed Lifecycle Value Lab, collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance customer experience and brand performance.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute tactical marketing plans for assigned brands across various channels
  • Support the LVL experimentation model by defining business problems, developing testable hypotheses, and measuring impact
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure high-impact marketing initiatives that support brand growth and organizational efficiency
Required Qualifications:
  • Doctorate degree and 2 years, or Master's degree and 4 years, or Bachelor's degree and 6 years, or Associate's Degree and 10 years, or High school diploma/GED and 12 years of Marketing and/or business experience in a role aligned with a Marketing/Sales commercial organization
  • 5+ years of marketing experience, preferably in biotech, pharmaceutical, or healthcare sectors
  • Experience developing and executing omnichannel marketing and digital campaigns
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple workstreams and budgets
  • Experience with experimentation and test-and-learn approaches in marketing strategies
