Job Summary
Owning the top of the funnel, the remote Senior Marketing Manager, Demand Gen will manage paid acquisition channels, email marketing, and account-based marketing initiatives to drive user sign-ups and optimize conversion rates.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and execute paid acquisition campaigns across Google Ads, LinkedIn, and other channels
- Lead email marketing strategies targeting new prospects while coordinating with SDRs on messaging
- Implement account-based marketing campaigns for targeted segments and optimize landing pages for conversions
Required qualifications
- 4-7 years of experience in demand generation, growth marketing, or acquisition-focused roles
- Direct experience with acquisition strategies for product-led growth (PLG) or freemium models
- Hands-on experience managing Google Ads and LinkedIn campaigns independently
- Proven track record in running email marketing programs, including copywriting and sequencing
- Familiarity with account-based marketing strategies and tools like Clay or Apollo is a plus
