Job Summary
To lead Retail Media go-to-market strategy and global market expansion, the full-time Senior Marketing Manager will build the retailer marketing function from the ground up, collaborating directly with retail media leaders and developing scalable marketing campaigns in a remote setting.
Key responsibilities
- Own retailer-specific GTM strategy and execution for current retail media partners
- Lead market expansion into new geographies, establishing QSIC's marketing motion in each region
- Develop and execute retail media marketing campaigns that drive media sales and strengthen partner relationships
Required qualifications
- 5-8 years of experience in marketing, specifically in retail media, adtech, or commercial marketing
- Experience in a startup or high-growth company, with a focus on building without a playbook
- Comfortable in client-facing settings, representing QSIC with credibility in meetings
- Strong writing ability to convey complex value propositions simply
- Familiarity with retail media networks and how they operate
