Senior Marketing Manager

Job Summary

Seeking a remote full-time Senior Marketing Manager, the successful candidate will lead marketing strategy for specialty insurance offerings, focusing initially on Evolve MGA, while managing email campaigns, broker segmentation, and content development for a sophisticated broker audience.

Key responsibilities:

• Design, execute, and track email campaigns targeting broker and agency partners
• Manage broker segmentation and build a feedback loop with sales and underwriting for refined messaging
• Produce and maintain a library of broker-facing assets and support go-to-market content for new product launches

Required qualifications:

• 8+ years of experience in marketing, content, or communications with writing samples required
• Experience with marketing project management platforms, email marketing platforms, and CRM tools
• Strong command of Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with LinkedIn content strategy
• Ability to analyze marketing performance data and draw actionable conclusions
• Background in commercial insurance, financial services, or B2B professional services preferred but not required
