Senior Marketing Manager

Job Summary

To strengthen relationships with key channel partners in the AMER region, the full-time Senior Marketing Manager will manage co-marketing initiatives, drive strategic collaboration, and enhance the Arduino brand's presence in industrial and professional markets.

Key responsibilities

• Establish direct relationships and collaborate with go-to-market teams of strategic global and regional partners
• Design, plan, and execute joint marketing campaigns, including webinars, product launches, and trade shows
• Track and report on the success of marketing efforts by monitoring KPIs and providing ROI analysis to leadership

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
• 3+ years of experience in Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, or a related field
• Proven ability to build rapport and influence marketing counterparts within partner organizations
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple co-marketing projects simultaneously
• Experience with data analysis to measure campaign effectiveness and adjust strategies based on performance metrics
