Job Summary
Leading a team of marketers, the full-time Senior Marketing Manager will drive integrated demand generation and thought leadership programs remotely, focusing on awareness, engagement, and pipeline growth through multi-channel campaigns.
Key responsibilities
- Lead, coach, and develop a team of demand marketers to ensure alignment with business goals and campaign success
- Oversee the execution of integrated marketing strategies and multi-channel campaigns to drive awareness and engagement
- Collaborate with Sales and Marketing Operations to enhance pipeline generation and track marketing program effectiveness
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent experience
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in demand marketing or related areas, with at least 5 years in a leadership role
- Proven track record in pipeline generation and marketing performance outcomes
- Experience with marketing automation platforms, CRM systems, and campaign analytics tools
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret campaign performance and pipeline data
