Job Summary
To support a planned team transition, the full-time Senior Marketing Manager will serve as the primary marketing lead for the Agency Line of Business, managing full-lifecycle marketing efforts, demand generation campaigns, and sales enablement initiatives in a remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and execute integrated marketing plans aligned with business priorities and revenue goals for the Agency LOB
- Scope, plan, and launch demand generation campaigns, managing paid media budgets and optimizing for performance
- Own email marketing execution and lead nurturing workflows, collaborating with marketing operations on customer journey measurement
Required qualifications
- 5+ years of B2B marketing experience with ownership of full-lifecycle marketing programs
- Prior experience marketing to or within the agency ecosystem is strongly preferred
- Proven track record in email marketing and lead nurturing using marketing automation platforms
- Strong instincts in product and solutions marketing with the ability to create compelling messaging
- Hands-on experience in sales enablement and event marketing in a B2B context
