Job Summary
Seeking a highly organized and agile Senior Marketing Manager to drive Lumen's Customer Advocacy program remotely, this full-time position will manage the Customer Advisory Board and customer reference initiatives while cultivating executive and customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the logistics of the Customer Advisory Board program, including member prospecting and communications
- Coordinate the customer reference program in collaboration with Sales and Customer Success teams
- Act as a key relationship owner for advocating customers, ensuring their voice is represented across the organization
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business, communications, or marketing
- 2-3 years' experience in marketing or a related field
- Strong program or project management skills
- Experience engaging senior executives and customers
- Proven ability to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously
