Job Summary
Driving regional marketing strategies for IVF consumables, the full-time Senior Marketing Manager will develop and execute initiatives that enhance product adoption and revenue growth while collaborating with cross-functional teams in a fully remote environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the regional marketing strategy for IVF consumables, focusing on positioning, segmentation, and value proposition development
- Identify market opportunities and develop campaigns to increase awareness and drive growth across key product categories
- Oversee go-to-market strategies for new product launches, ensuring readiness and monitoring post-launch performance
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Life Sciences, Business, or related field
- Seven or more years of marketing experience in medical devices, biotechnology, or diagnostics, preferably in IVF or assisted reproductive technologies
- Demonstrated success in managing technical product portfolios and launching new products
- Strong understanding of IVF laboratory workflows and consumable product applications
- Proven ability to lead complex initiatives and influence cross-functional teams
