Job Summary
Leading customer marketing initiatives, the full-time Senior Marketing Manager will develop and execute strategies to enhance customer engagement and product adoption, working remotely and collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive awareness and utilization of athenahealth's offerings.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and execute customer marketing strategies for post-onboarding engagement and product adoption
- Lead integrated marketing campaigns to increase awareness and optimization of athenahealth products
- Establish and monitor marketing KPIs related to customer engagement and campaign performance
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience
- 8-10+ years of experience in Customer Marketing, Customer Success, or related fields
- 3-5+ years of people leadership experience with a track record of developing high-performing teams
- Proven experience in designing and scaling customer adoption and engagement programs
- Strong strategic thinking and stakeholder management skills
