Owning the market entry strategy for Germany, the full-time Senior Marketing & Communications Manager will lead local PR, media relations, and brand strategy while collaborating with central teams to adapt ZOE's offerings for the German consumer.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and execute the market entry strategy, focusing on growth initiatives and local campaigns
- Build relationships with Tier-1 German media, securing coverage and managing product launches
- Adapt and localize brand messaging to resonate with the German audience while supporting cross-market initiatives
Required qualifications
- 5-10 years of experience launching or scaling a consumer brand in Germany, preferably in health or wellness
- Native or certified C2 proficiency in German and fluent C1/C2 English
- Strong existing relationships with German journalists and a proven track record of securing media coverage
- Commercially minded with a focus on measurable business outcomes
- Ability to operate autonomously and build a market presence from scratch
