Job Summary
Senior Marketing Manager ABX is a full-time, remote position responsible for architecting and operationalizing an account-based experience program focused on driving engagement and improving metrics such as pipeline creation and win rates through AI-driven strategies.
Key Responsibilities
- Define and own the ABX operating model, including account tiering and measurement frameworks
- Lead target account selection and orchestrate complex buying groups to enhance engagement
- Drive AI-first personalization at scale and manage ABX measurement and reporting
Required Qualifications
- 8-12 years of B2B marketing experience, with 5+ years in ABM/ABX programs
- Proven outcomes in ABX, including pipeline impact and win rate improvements
- Expertise with 6sense and hands-on experience with Outreach or equivalent
- Strong proficiency in Power BI for marketing analytics and Salesforce fluency
- Experience in leading cross-functional teams without formal authority
