- Create and implement a holistic customer reference and evidence strategy
- Execute the day-to-day implementation of the customer reference program
- Engage with internal teams regarding customer advocacy and ensure a positive customer experience
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
- 7 years of experience in marketing or related technical field
- Experience in customer reference marketing and/or product marketing
- Experience with dealership management and/or ERP software solutions
- Ability to build relationships with internal and external constituents
