Senior Marketing Operations Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Marketing Operations Engineer, AI & Automation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Architect and operate AI-first workflows across the marketing funnel
• Own and maximize the use of Meta's MCP and third-party integrations for ad performance optimization
• Identify and eliminate manual bottlenecks in campaign operations through automation

Required Qualifications:

• 5+ years of Marketing Operations or Revenue Operations experience in a B2B SaaS environment
• Hands-on experience using AI tools in a marketing context
• Experience with Model Context Protocol (MCP) or similar integration frameworks
• Strong proficiency with marketing automation platforms and CRM systems
• Solid understanding of paid social advertising platforms and campaign optimization
