Job Summary
Senior Marketing Operations Lead is a full-time position responsible for building and managing the operational foundation of Marketing Services, overseeing multiple functions to support the growth from 700 to over 1,000 medspas without proportional team expansion.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage six operational functions, ensuring cross-functional alignment and decision-making
- Develop AI-assisted workflows and automation to enhance operational efficiency and quality standards
- Stabilize and integrate the Front Desk Services team, establishing performance metrics and accountability frameworks
Required Qualifications
- 7-10 years of experience in marketing or revenue operations, with at least 4 years in a management role
- Proven experience scaling services operations from hundreds to over 1,000 customers without proportional headcount increases
- Hands-on experience with tools such as ClickUp, HubSpot, Zapier/N8N, and GoHighLevel
- Experience in building AI-assisted workflows and maintaining quality oversight
- Strong cross-functional collaboration skills and a track record of developing team members
