A company is looking for a Senior Marketing Operations Manager to drive operational excellence across marketing, sales, and revenue growth initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Optimize marketing-to-sales funnel performance and enhance marketing analytics for data-driven decision-making
- Develop and maintain SLAs between marketing and sales teams, ensuring effective lead nurturing and conversion
- Own marketing and sales performance reporting, delivering insights to drive strategic decisions and improve revenue growth
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, Marketing Operations, or Marketing Analytics, preferably in B2B technology or enterprise SaaS
- Strong marketing background with expertise in demand generation, lead management, and marketing analytics
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce and marketing automation platforms (Pardot, Marketo, or HubSpot)
- Deep understanding of ABM strategies and revenue funnel optimization
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to synthesize data into actionable insights for revenue growth
