Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Marketing Operations Manager to lead the strategic evolution of lifecycle marketing operations and infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities
  • Drive and evolve the marketing automation infrastructure, ensuring scalability and AI integration across the customer lifecycle
  • Lead cross-functional collaboration to conceptualize and execute personalized, multi-step engagement campaigns
  • Oversee campaign operations, including resource planning, timeline management, and stakeholder communication for seamless execution
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a relevant field
  • 5-8 years of experience in marketing or campaign operations
  • Deep expertise in full lifecycle campaign development, including triggered workflows and personalized communications
  • Proficient in marketing automation platforms and experience optimizing complex workflows
  • Working knowledge of SQL and familiarity with customer data platforms and CRM systems
