Senior Marketing Operations Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sr. Manager, Marketing Operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the integration of a legacy Hubspot instance into the current enterprise Pardot instance
• Conduct a comprehensive review and update of the Pardot instance for optimal performance
• Act as a subject matter expert post-integration to support marketing initiatives and campaigns

Required Qualifications

• Deep, hands-on Pardot expertise (7+ years) with complex, multi-product enterprise instances
• Proven experience leading marketing automation system integrations
• Strong Marketing Operations or MarTech background with team management experience
• Experience managing categories, segments, and tags within an enterprise-level CRM
• Knowledge of consent management strategies within marketing automation platforms
