Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Manager, Marketing Operations & Analytics.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Shape and drive an innovative marketing operations strategy leveraging ABX principles and AI capabilities
  • Advance technology, data, and AI integration for marketing automation and analytics
  • Develop full-funnel analytics and campaign attribution to improve performance and drive continuous optimization


Required Qualifications:
  • 5-7+ years of experience in Marketing Operations or a similar role, preferably in a B2B SaaS company
  • B.A. or B.S. required; MBA or advanced degree is a plus
  • Hands-on experience with marketing automation and CRM tools, preferably Marketo and Salesforce
  • Expertise in lead management, scoring, enrichment, and attribution modeling
  • Proven track record of managing multiple projects and delivering on time
