Job Summary
A company is looking for a Senior Marketing Operations Manager to drive operational excellence across marketing and sales initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Optimize marketing-to-sales funnel performance and enhance marketing analytics for data-driven decision-making
- Develop and maintain SLAs between marketing and sales teams while improving data quality for targeted campaigns
- Own marketing and sales performance reporting, providing insights on lead conversion and revenue impact
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, Marketing Operations, or Marketing Analytics, preferably in B2B technology or enterprise SaaS
- Strong marketing background with expertise in demand generation and lead management
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce and marketing automation platforms
- Deep understanding of ABM strategies and revenue funnel optimization
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to synthesize data into actionable insights
