Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Marketing Operations Manager to oversee marketing workflows and processes on a Digital Experience Platform.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and optimize workflows for content creation, page building, QA, and publishing
  • Manage the backlog for template updates, component enhancements, and marketing feature requests
  • Coordinate across various teams to maintain project momentum and ensure timely delivery of content and training


Required Qualifications
  • 5-7+ years in marketing operations, web production, or content management systems
  • Hands-on experience with content workflows and CMS platforms
  • Track record of improving processes and driving alignment across multiple teams
  • Experience with enterprise CMS/DXP platforms is a plus
  • Familiarity with agile methodologies and tools like Workfront or Jira is beneficial
