Job Summary
A company is looking for a Senior Marketing Operations Manager to oversee the systems and infrastructure that drive marketing growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the end-to-end lead lifecycle across PLG and sales-assisted motions, focusing on conversion rates and routing processes
- Design and implement marketing experiments in collaboration with Data Science to ensure actionable insights and accurate measurement
- Optimize the marketing tech stack and build AI-assisted workflows to enhance operational efficiency
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in Marketing Operations, Revenue Operations, or GTM Systems in a high-growth SaaS environment
- Hands-on experience with HubSpot and Salesforce, including workflows, automation, and reporting
- Proven ability to build lead lifecycle, scoring, and routing systems in competitive environments
- Experience deploying AI/ML-powered workflows in production
- Strong analytical skills, with SQL proficiency preferred
