Job Summary
A company is looking for a Senior Marketing Operations Manager.
Key Responsibilities
- Own the architecture and performance of the inbound pipeline, including forms, routing logic, and sales handoff workflows
- Design and optimize lead scoring, personas, and segmentation for account-based marketing and revenue prioritization
- Build and maintain marketing automation systems across HubSpot and integrated tools, and manage data enrichment and system integrations
Required Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in Marketing Operations, Revenue Operations, or related roles
- Familiarity with generative AI models and operational workflows
- Hands-on experience with AI and automation tools such as HubSpot and Salesforce
- Experience in designing lead routing, scoring models, and lifecycle automation in a B2B environment
- Strong systems thinking and ability to translate go-to-market needs into structured solutions
