Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Marketing Operations Manager.

Key Responsibilities
  • Own the architecture and performance of the inbound pipeline, including forms, routing logic, and sales handoff workflows
  • Design and optimize lead scoring, personas, and segmentation for account-based marketing and revenue prioritization
  • Build and maintain marketing automation systems across HubSpot and integrated tools, and manage data enrichment and system integrations
Required Qualifications
  • 10+ years of experience in Marketing Operations, Revenue Operations, or related roles
  • Familiarity with generative AI models and operational workflows
  • Hands-on experience with AI and automation tools such as HubSpot and Salesforce
  • Experience in designing lead routing, scoring models, and lifecycle automation in a B2B environment
  • Strong systems thinking and ability to translate go-to-market needs into structured solutions
