Job Summary
A company is looking for a Senior Marketing Operations Manager.
Key Responsibilities
- Own and improve systems, processes, and data supporting marketing execution and performance measurement
- Serve as the primary marketing operations lead for Salesforce, Marketo, Demandbase, and LeanData, ensuring integration and clean data flow
- Develop and maintain dashboards and reporting for campaign performance, pipeline contribution, conversion, and ROI
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in marketing operations, revenue operations, or a related B2B SaaS marketing role
- Strong hands-on experience with Salesforce and Marketo
- Experience in building and optimizing lead lifecycle management and reporting
- Strong understanding of CRM and marketing automation architecture and data flows
- Experience evaluating and improving martech stacks for efficiency and business value
