Job Summary
To support and scale global go-to-market infrastructure, the remote full-time Senior Marketing Operations Manager will own critical marketing and revenue operations systems, lead management architecture, and data quality processes that enhance pipeline generation and sales efficiency.
Key responsibilities
- Own and optimize global lead, contact, and account lifecycle processes across various marketing technologies
- Manage lead routing frameworks and enhance lead-to-account matching and enrichment workflows
- Support operational reporting and KPI visibility across marketing funnel performance and conversion metrics
Required qualifications
- 6+ years of experience in Marketing Operations, Revenue Operations, or GTM Systems within a B2B SaaS or technology organization
- Deep hands-on expertise with Salesforce and Marketo
- Experience building and managing lead routing frameworks and scoring models
- Strong understanding of lead lifecycle management and funnel operations
- Analytical mindset with strong troubleshooting and process optimization capabilities
