Job Summary

Experienced marketers will find a full-time remote opportunity as a Senior Marketing Operations Manager, responsible for optimizing global lead management processes, enhancing data quality, and supporting go-to-market strategies across various business lines.

Key responsibilities
  • Own and optimize lead, contact, and account lifecycle processes across multiple marketing and sales platforms
  • Manage lead routing and account matching frameworks to improve pipeline velocity and lead conversion
  • Oversee data enrichment workflows and ensure data hygiene and integrity across systems
Required qualifications
  • 6+ years of experience in Marketing Operations, Revenue Operations, or GTM Systems within a B2B SaaS or technology organization
  • Deep hands-on expertise with Salesforce and Marketo
  • Experience in building and managing lead routing frameworks and scoring models
  • Strong understanding of lead lifecycle management and funnel operations
  • Analytical mindset with strong troubleshooting and process optimization capabilities
