Job Summary
Owning the systems, data, and processes that drive measurable pipeline, the full-time Senior Marketing Operations Manager will manage marketing automation, lead lifecycle, and campaign execution while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Oversee administration and optimization of the marketing automation platform, CRM, and martech stack
- Architect and refine lead lifecycle, scoring, routing, and SLAs to ensure qualified leads reach the right representatives
- Build and deploy email programs, landing pages, and campaign workflows while ensuring compliance and deliverability standards
Required qualifications
- 4-7 years of experience in B2B Marketing Operations, preferably in SaaS or cybersecurity
- Hands-on expertise with an enterprise-grade marketing automation platform and CRM
- Familiarity with account-based marketing and intent data platforms
- Strong understanding of B2B funnel mechanics and pipeline reporting
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
